Leaving JetBrains
My internship on MCP Steroid has ended. What I learned at JetBrains, who I learned it from, and what comes next.
From June to October 2026 I was a software engineer intern at JetBrains, in the Agentic Experience & Tools team, working on MCP Steroid. The internship has ended, and I wrote a few words about it on LinkedIn: how it felt to join one big company after years in teams of about ten, what I learned from my mentor, and why I spent so many long days on the project.
